Broadcasting from the heart of the Middle East, we offer a diverse range of faith-based programs—including hymns, worship, and spiritual reflections from the Holy Land—all designed to inspire, uplift, and support your walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. Our mission is to bring the message of hope and salvation to every home, one broadcast at a time.
Nizar Elaimy, a native of Nazareth City, is the founder and director of Joy TV. With a background in journalism and prophetic worship, he now leads the first Christian media channel based in the Holy Land. A Voice of Hope broadcaster, Nizar is passionate about sharing the gospel through media and music. His vision: to see Arabs and Jews worship together as one in Messiah.

Sahar Saeed is a Saudi-American author, speaker, and peace advocate. She encountered Jesus and now works to unite Arab believers and Messianic Jews. As Strategic Advisor for Joy TV, Sahar leads in podcasting and storytelling, and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Government: International Relations at Liberty University. She carries a prophetic vision for reconciliation, revival, and unity across the Middle East.

Pastor Paul is a traveling minister, revival leader, and prophetic voice across the Arab world. Founder of the Revival Caravan Ministry, he preaches with power and compassion, bringing healing, deliverance, and Holy Spirit fire to the Church. As part of the Joy TV team, he also creates youth-focused content and spiritual reflections that inspire the next generation.

Samer Artoul, a (C.P.A) Isr from Al-Maghar City, Israel, serves as Joy TV’s external auditor and intercessory partner. Specializing in nonprofit oversight, he brings integrity and spiritual depth to the team. Samer also leads in prayer and prophetic intercession for Israel and the nations, standing for revival and unity across the region.
